The ELIA Liberty cuvée is characterised by its low alcohol content, obtained by harvesting the grapes early and interrupting alcoholic fermentation.

Grape varieties:
Cabernet sauvignon, malbec, vinified separately.
Eye:
Pale pink, brilliant.
Nose:
Blackcurrant buds, strawberries, candy, green pepper.
Palate:
The aromas of the nose are found in a lovely balance.
Pairings:
Aperitif, summer cuisine such as braised vegetables, world cuisine, fresh, tangy desserts.
In 1979, three wine cellars (Plaisance, Aignan and Saint-Mont) joined forces to form the Plaimont group, which became the leader in South-Western wines. In 1999, the Condom and Crouseilles cellars joined the group.
