"Wine is as simple as cooking. That's how my mother made me grow up: in her kitchen, with family friends, good vegetables and great recipes... it builds you up. In this bottle, there are just grapes, courage and a lot of love, just like in my mother's kitchen.
The grapes come from several terroirs in the Chinon region, grown with respect for nature, without weedkillers or chemical fertilisers.
The origins of the Grosbois estate date back to the 15th century. A land of mixed farming, once for self-sufficiency, now to create a harmonious ecosystem. After years of winemaking all over the world, Nicolas and Sylvain Grosbois returned to the family land. Since 2006, Nicolas has followed his vision of organic, biodynamic and mixed farming. Since 2019, all the land has been farmed biodynamically.
