Nose:
Fresh fruit (pear, peach, lychee) with hints of acacia flowers.

Palate:
Intense, taut, a little saline, well-balanced, good length.

Pairings:
Seafood platter, fish in sauce, aperitif dinner.


At the southernmost tip of Burgundy, the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation covers 800 hectares, 194 of which will be classified as Premiers Crus from the 2020 vintage. The villages of Chaintré, Fuissé, Solutré-Pouilly and Vergisson make up its exclusive production area, in an exceptional natural setting: the world-famous rocks of Solutré and Vergisson, spurs of Jurassic limestone rising to 495 m, classified as a ‘Grand Site de France’ 
Domaine du Beauregard is a family-run business that has been operating in the Mâconnais for five centuries, representing 17 generations of winegrowers. It is an exceptional vineyard, producing mainly Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru and Saint-Véran AOC wines. The Burrier family currently runs five estates.
