Grape Variety:
Pineau d'Aunis

Appearance:
Rose petal with silvery notes

Nose:
Melted and fruity, strawberry, vine peach, citrus, peppery notes

Palate:
Fresh and thirst-quenching, full-bodied, round, fruity, pink grapefruit, mango, pepper. Good length.

Food Pairings:
Charcuterie, sushi, grilled salmon, flambéed prawns, red mullet, trout with almonds, roast veal Orloff, aged goat cheeses.

The Vendômois hillsides are located in the land of the loops of the Loir, which gives this region a microclimate conducive to growing vines.
Three winegrowers make up the bulk of the Vendômois winery. Their vines meet the specifications of the Alliance Loire group, based on the Terras Vitis standard.
