A sweet wine produced according to the vintage, from a late harvest.

Eye :
Deep gold, very shiny.

Nose :
Intense and ripe, candied fruits with white flesh, grapes, fresh almonds.

Mouth :
Ample, greedy, fresh, white pepper.

Wine pairing :
Figs stuffed with foie gras, vanilla and orange scallops, galette des rois.

 

Domaine Christophe Pichon in Chavanay in the Northern Rhône Valley is one of the best producers in the Condrieu, Cote-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph and Cornas appellations.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. To consume with moderation.
