A wine from France that makes the Southwest sparkle.

Malbec 50%, Cabernet Franc 50%

Light pink.

Nose :
Currant aromas.

Mouth :
Fresh, nice acidity, constant bubbles.

Wine pairing :
Just for fun as an aperitif, or with tapas, snacks, raw fish.

The secondary fermentation takes place after 3 months, following the traditional Champagne Method. The wine ages for 9 months on the lees before the final disgorgement.

 

To the south of Bergerac, this magnificent residence, classified as a Historic Monument, has a prestigious past. Henri IV offered his hunting lodge to his mistress Gabrielle d'Estrée. Owned by the Ryman family since 1973, the château elaborates prestigious cuvées.

The Jaubertie vineyard, 50 hectares, is located on the edge of the Monbazillac appellation. Since 2005 it has been converted to organic cultivation to be certified since 2008.
