Balsam’Cocktails

Maison Brémond 1830 has innovated again with a new range, the Balsam’Cocktails based on…. balsamic vinegar. Forget the word “vinegar” and taste instead!

At aperitif time, offer a non-alcoholic “spritz”: Balsam’Spritz, orange juice, peppermint leavve and a slice of fresh orange. For the more “classic” version: add prosecco and sparkling water.

But the Balsam'Spritz also brings pep to the kitchen: its citrus notes are perfect for seasoning a goat cheese salad or a duck breast. And to finish the meal, bring it to a reduction with lemons, grapefruits and oranges to enjoy it on a delicious panna cotta.

The composition: concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, spritz condiment (glucose/fructose syrup, natural orange flavor, flavor). Contains sulfites.
