What better way to change your life after the war than to get started in the world of wine! This is what Jean Cavaillé, fighter pilot in the French army and lover of Savoy wines did. Wines that have a very distinctive taste that differs according to their terroir. Chignin-Bergeron, Roussette, Apremont, Marestel. Roussette, Gamay, Pinot and Mondeuse are raised on eight wine-growing areas from which 22 different crus are produced, spread over four departments: Ain, Isère, Savoie and Haute-Savoie. With the arrival of his son Michel, his grandsons Laurent and Jean-Christophe, the house opened up to the world. French and foreign wines are rigorously selected and, of course, only after tasting.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. To consume with moderation.
