Cabernet sauvignon, tannat

Eye:
Bright light red with carmine highlights.

Nose:
Aromas of small red fruits, floral notes.

Palate:
Beautiful freshness, well-balanced, fruity, light tannins, nice length.

Pairings:
Serve chilled at 10°C for a relaxed aperitif, with a charcuterie board or a barbecue.

Every year, Plaimont surprises with something new, without ever distorting the taste of the South-West terroir. The Paparoc cuvée breaks the mould of red wines. It's a light, thirst-quenching wine, an alternative to rosés.
