Fresh, powerful attack, velvety, discreet tannins.

Pairings:
Aperitif, with vegetarian dishes, a barbecue; serve slightly chilled at 13°C.

Tannat, Madiran's flagship grape variety, is known for its intense character, firm tannins and black fruits. With the Néomad cuvée, Plaimont offers a more modern, more accessible, more playful interpretation.
