Pale salmon, pink highlights

Nose:
Expressive, ripe fruit, delicately spiced

Palate:
Powerful, fruity, very fresh, long finish

Food Pairings:
As an aperitif, with barbecue (grilled meat, fish, and vegetables on the plancha), or with a cold buffet

The tuffeau stone vineyard and cellar were established in 1800 and are managed from father to son. Florent Jumert, who represents the eighth generation, works in sustainable viticulture.
