Prosecco, an Italian sparkling wine produced in the northeast of the country, has a fresh and simple style, easy to appreciate when tasting.

In 1887, master winemaker Francesco Mionetto opened a cellar in the heart of the prosecco vineyards in Valdobbiadene. Over time, the brand has become one of the main players in the production of prosecco.

Mionetto prosecco is made using the Charmat method, fermentation in autoclaves (not in bottles) which allows better preservation of the flavors and aromas of the prosecco.

In 2008, the house was bought by one of the main European producers of sparkling wines, the German Henkell group. This opened up new growth opportunities while preserving the style and links of the house to its terroir.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. To consume with moderation.

For the end of year celebrations, Mionetto is offering a box containing 1 bottle of DOC Trevisio brut 75 cl processo and two candles using the house's color codes.
