Carignan(80%), cinsault (10%), grenache (10%)
Eye :
Pale robe, flamingo pink, bluish reflections, brilliant and limpid.
Nose :
Fine and delicate but expressive with notes of small red fruits (currant), touch of lime.
Mouthe :
Lively and expressive attack. Slightly tangy and thirst-quenching. In the mid-palate, aromas of red fruits such as crushed strawberries reveal a more tender and supple texture. Long, intense finish with a nice freshness.
Wine pairing :
Grilled octopus, rock fish such as John Dory fillet en papillote, Niçoise salad, lemon-flavoured salmon toast.
