Savoy wines are at the origin of the foundation of Maison Cavaillé in 1949 by Jean Cavaillé. His son Michel opens the cellar to wines from all over France. Today, it is the grandsons of the founder, Laurent and Jean-Christophe, who manage the company. If they gladly work with the same winegrowers whose qualities they know, they are constantly looking for newcomers to expand their offer.
